Were looking for an experienced UX Expert to join our Tel Aviv team for a temporary role as a maternity leave replacement. While this is a temporary position, there may be potential for a long-term opportunity in the future.

Job responsibilities
What Youll Do
Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and developers to validate design decisions through user feedback and provide UX guidance across all stages of product development-from ideation to release.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points-and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Take ongoing ownership of monitoring the user experience across the product by regularly reviewing flows, analyzing user feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Proactively initiate and lead UX improvement initiatives that enhance usability and increase user satisfaction.
Advocate for the user by promoting user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
Champion best practices in research methodologies within the team and across the company.

A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field
Proven experience (2-3 years) as a UX expert in B2B SaaS
Deep understanding of core UX principles and the ability to apply them in real-world product scenarios
Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and data analytics
A portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking and user-centered design approach
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and design recommendations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A proactive, empathetic, open-to-feedback, and detail-oriented mindset
An AI-forward mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance research and workflows
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
