Identify, develop, and open new markets across the EMEAA region
Drive revenue growth and execute strategic expansion plans aligned with global objectives
Build, manage, and optimize a strong network of distributors and channel partners
Lead complex commercial negotiations and successfully close distribution agreements
Achieve and exceed defined KPIs, sales targets, and profitability goals
Develop regional sales forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis
Support product launches and collaborate with Marketing and Regulatory teams to ensure successful market penetration
Represent the company at international exhibitions, congresses, and key industry events
Travel frequently across the region to support partners and strengthen market presence

Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) in international sales within the medical device industry
Strong background working with distributors in multi-country regions (EMEAA experience - significant advantage)
Experience in aesthetic medicine, orthopedics, injectables, or related clinical fields - strong advantage
Demonstrated success in opening new markets and driving sustainable revenue growth
Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages - advantage)
Willingness and ability to travel extensively
