Temporary position, maternity leave - for 6 months

- Coordination with Vendors, follow up and execution of all purchase orders, from purchase order issuance, until goods are ready for collection at Israeli and international vendor sites, as well as until delivery of purchase orders issued to Israeli Vendors.
- Expediting of Purchase Orders issued to both Israeli and international Vendors.
- Review of documents (purchase order, invoice, packing list, Msds etc.) for PO matching purposes and shipment documents (contents, quantity, goods values, incoterms, hazardous materials, etc.)
- Transportation Coordinate Israel domestic transportation from company sites/warehouses to local Vendors and vice versa.
- Generation of periodic reports (weekly, monthly and annual) on a variety of topics and areas of activity.

Requirements:
- Two years of previous experience in the field of logistics/import/export, purchase order in industrial/high tech Companies
- BA degree or any other with a preference to Logistics/Business Management/Industrial Management
- English & Hebrew fluently speak and read.
