We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with extensive R&D experience to lead our projects and manage relationships with our partners. As a Project Manager, you will guide the engineering team, including system engineering, and play a key role in defining technical strategies. You will be involved in major architectural and strategic decisions that shape the growth and evolution of our teams and technical interfaces with clients.
Lead all aspects of the project, from kick-off to delivery.
Oversee the development process and ensure business value delivery.
Manage the R&D project Gantt chart and budget.
Assist in implementing visions of quality, agility, trust, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with clients, HQ R&D, and supply chain teams, including subsidiaries in the US, Germany, Sweden, and other locations.
Lead technology implementation with strategic partners such as OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and infrastructure companies.
This position includes occasional international travel for short business trips.

Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience as a Development Project Manager in a multidisciplinary company.
Proven experience in either direct people management or matrix management
Proven track record in managing diverse, high-budget development programs involving mechanical, electronic, and software components.
Hands-on experience in leading complex system integration processes.
Strong expertise in requirements management and technical aspects of product development.
Demonstrated ability to plan, track, and deliver according to project schedules.
High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of the automotive industry - an advantage.
Engineering degree - an advantage.
Previous experience in a start-up environment - an advantage.
