The Solution plays a key role in delivering successful implementations of our platform solution to retail clients. This position focuses on medium to large engagements, ensuring that technical solutions align with business requirements while maintaining a strong customer experience. You will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, working closely with internal stakeholders and external client teams to drive seamless implementations. You will collaborate within a team for more complex or high-profile projects, ensuring on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct discovery sessions to assess business and technical requirements, recommending the best implementation approach.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.
Design and configure solutions that align with client needs, ensuring a seamless integration process.
Provide technical troubleshooting and escalation support to resolve systems, data, or process issues.
Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and documentation to enable clients to maximize the solutions value.
Support client onboarding, ensuring successful adoption of the platform.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Consulting, Implementation Management, or Technical Project Management.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, and SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex system flows and integrations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in software implementation, project management, and customer service.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience managing teams of application specialists is a plus.
