We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Intern to join our System Monitoring and Controls team . This is a full time back office intern position focused entirely on computer-based work, data handling, task coordination, and supporting internal operational processes for our Energy Storage System projects.
This role requires precision, ownership, and an ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel while maintaining structure and clarity. You will be responsible for monitoring system data, scheduling, routing issues to the relevant experts, and ensuring smooth operational flow behind the scenes.

Requirements:
Ideal Candidate
A person who enjoys administrative and structured work, loves organizing information, thrives on accuracy, and finds satisfaction in keeping processes flowing. Someone analytical, responsive, dependable, and comfortable working with data and multiple systems.
Proficiency in Hebrew and English at a minimum of C1 level is required.
Your Profile
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to independently lead tasks once trained
High responsibility and reliability in data entry and process tracking
Proficiency in Excel, including handling large datasets
Experience with information systems, scheduling tools, or workflow platforms
Advantage, familiarity with Monday.com (boards, tasks, workflows)
Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
Passion for structured, administrative, and behind the scenes operational work
Curiosity and willingness to understand the full project picture
