Key Responsibilities
Develop and write grant proposals for international foundations, federations, and corporate partners.
Identify and pursue new donor opportunities abroad.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
Lead initiatives to grow our global fundraising network.
Collaborate with local teams to gather data and coordinate donor communications.
Full-time role based in Ramat HaSharon, with a flexible hybrid work model (3 days in-office, the rest remote).
Minimum two years of experience in fundraising, with preference for experience in nonprofits.

Requirements:
Exceptional English writing and communication skills - native-level proficiency.
Team player with a collaborative spirit and a positive attitude.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and nurturing relationships.
Strong multitasking abilities and partnership-building skills.
Advanced knowledge of Office applications and CRM software.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Enthusiastic about working towards the values of inclusion and community.
