We are seeking a motivated Compliance Specialist to join our global Compliance team.
Reporting to the Global Head of Ethics and Compliance (Israel India), this role supports and implements ICLs global compliance programs.

Develop and implement ethics and compliance policies.
Support Anti-Bribery Corruption and regulatory initiatives.
Monitor global regulations and translate them into business controls.
Lead cross-functional compliance projects.
Use AI and data analytics for risk assessment and monitoring.
Deliver training and promote a strong ethical culture.
Provide practical solutions to regulatory challenges.

Requirements:
-Law degree or another relevant academic degree from a reputed institute.
-Minimum of 2-3 years of legal experience. Experience in Compliance or in global organization is an advantage.
-Team player with great people skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
-Proven high learning capacity and the ability to master new, diverse compliance domains quickly.
-Proven ability to work with AI tools, automation platforms, and innovative technologies, or a strong capability to learn and apply such tools quickly to support compliance activities.
-Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
