We believe in more than just handing you another tool; we are dedicated to teaching you the art of building a business About the Role Being a designer at Tailors creative team means ideating and creating performance-driven designs in a massively creative and agile environment. You will innovate constantly to build marketing campaigns that truly resonate with our audience; from high-impact video ads and AI-generated visuals to landing pages, emails, and print collateral. In this role, youll partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and turn them into effective, scalable design solutions, owning the entire creative process from initial idea to final execution. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly switching between design, video editing, AI prompting, or evolving our brand identity. Your goal is to produce assets that meet our brand guidelines but also drive real engagement and growth. What Youll Be Working On Performance Creative: Designing high-converting ads for Meta and Googles platforms. Brand Evolution: Developing and updating brand identity assets and design systems. Digital Design: Creating landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing funnels in Figma. Video Production: Editing high-impact video ads and participating in branded productions. AI Content Creation: Using AI tools daily to generate, iterate and refine assets. Optimization: Collaborating with the Growth team to iterate on designs based on performance data.
