Strategic Planning Leadership: Develop and execute the full NPI-to-EOL planning process. Lead the S OP cycle to align Sales, Finance, and Operations.
Team Process Excellence: Mentor and lead the planning team. Drive continuous process improvement and tool enhancement ( ERP /MRP).
Supply/Demand Management: Oversee accurate demand forecasting, optimize inventory (complex BOMs/long lead times), and mitigate supply chain risks.
Manage and optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, balancing service levels and budget goals.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of progressive experience in Planning, S amp;OP, or Supply Chain Management in the high-tech hardware industry.
Proven success leading a planning team and driving complex process improvements.
Expert-level proficiency with ERP /MRP systems (NetSuite - advantage)
