A leader in the counter-drone industry, delivering innovative and cutting-edge products worldwide. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement activities.
This role requires deep expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and driving cost reduction while ensuring supply continuity and quality.
Core Focus & Leadership:
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for complex hardware, including semiconductors, custom mechanicals, PCBs, and EMS services.
Cost & Negotiation: Lead high-stakes, multi-million-dollar negotiations. Drive substantial year-over-year cost reductions through competitive bidding, Value Engineering, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models.
Risk & Resilience: Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks (geopolitical, obsolescence, single source) and manage key supplier performance using QBRs.
NPI & DFC: Partner with Engineering and Product teams on vendor selection and Design for Cost (DFC) during the NPI process.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals, ensuring compliance and strategic excellence.

Requirements:
Must-Have Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive experience in Procurement Management within the high-tech industry.
Demonstrated expertise in procuring complex, highly engineered components with deep manufacturing process knowledge.
Proven track record of successfully negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts and achieving substantial cost savings.
Expertise in formal sourcing methodology (RFX) and strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, Business, or related field.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Must-Have Qualifications:
