seeking a motivated Sr. Manager, Accounting to join our Finance team and oversee the financial operations of our international subsidiaries. Reporting to Idan, you will lead a dedicated team and manage the monthly close processes, global payroll, and local tax compliance for entities in Israel, the UK, Germany, and Portugal. This role acts as a critical bridge to our US finance leadership, ensuring international financial accuracy and operational efficiency as we continue to scale globally.
Responsibilities
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for international entities, ensuring adherence to US GAAP and local GAAP standards
Oversee global payroll operations and tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax) across Israel, UK, Germany, and Portugal in coordination with external consultants.
Collaborate daily with US-based finance leadership (West Coast) on intercompany transactions, financial reporting, and consistent global accounting practices.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, focusing on career development, process automation, and setting measurable KPIs for payroll and journal entry accuracy.

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in finance or accounting with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Active CPA certification and a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and advanced Excel skills.
Direct experience working in a high-tech, multinational SaaS company.
