High organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a matrix-based environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management or development tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) - an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
Fast learner with strong analytical skills.
B.A./B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field.
Recent graduate (up to 1-2 years of experience).
Strong interest in project management / PMO / Program Management.
