We are seeking a highly capable and driven Project Manager to lead strategic research initiatives focused on disinformation, incitement, hate speech, and harmful online narratives. This role combines research oversight, operational leadership, and rapid-response coordination. You will manage complex workflows, delegate assignments, ensure high-quality intelligence delivery, and serve as a key point of contact for clients & cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, makes sound decisions quickly, and communicates clearly in high-stakes environments. Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end research projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure high standards of analytical quality, accuracy, and clarity in reporting.
* Coordinate Real-Time responses to emerging online threats and sensitive incidents.
* Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and risk signals.
* Produce structured weekly and ad hoc reports in fluent English and Hebrew
* Continuously improve workflows.
* Present and communicate intelligence briefs and findings to clients
* Manage client communication and relations

* Proven experience managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.
* Exceptional communication skills and high responsiveness.
* Strong decision-making ability under pressure.
* Analytical mindset with experience working with data.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Technologically minded and solutions-oriented.
* Academic background in Politics, International Relations, Security Studies, or related fields. Advantage
* Fluency in Arabic, French, Russian, or Spanish.
* Experience in OSINT, Trust & Safety, threat intelligence, or related fields.
* Experience in crisis-response or operational environments.
