We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Purchasing Manager to manage the Purchasing Department.
The role includes managing strategic suppliers, overseeing budgets, and supporting various internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, service-oriented, possesses strong managerial skills, and is able to work effectively under pressure in a global, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Law, or equivalent professional education.
Over 10 years of experience in global procurement, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a global company. Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
Strong analytical skills.
High attention to detail and systemic thinking with the ability to understand organizational needs.
Proactive, self-motivated, and demonstrates initiative.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Experience with ERP or procurement systems ( SAP - advantage).
Solid understanding of contracts, with strong skills in preparing presentations and Excel reports.
