we are expanding its Business Development team, with a focus on the Central & Eastern European Market. This is a great opportunity to join an established, well-funded FinTech Company experiencing high growth. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, with a focus on the central and eastern countries, including Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Poland, among others. This is not your typical Business Development opportunity.
youll generate and nurture leads with global brands and enterprises through creative and strategic research and networking.
Successful candidates can identify a targets needs and decision-makers and tailor their outreach accordingly. More than anything, we are seeking bright, driven individuals to join us, help drive revenue, and directly contribute to growth. Requirements:
2+ years in customer-facing roles (BD, AE, AM) within B2B Tech companies- Must
Experience working with European eCommerce Brands & Enterprises - Must
English Native Speaker - Must
Ability to travel frequently to the region - Must
Additional European languages - an advantage
Technical experience - an advantage
Experience in partnerships/management/ consultancy- an advantage
Experience in payments, eCommerce - an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical & research skills and ability to use both in an effective and relevant way in a sales process
Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, and able to build relationships with prospects
Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment with minimum supervision
