Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our Global Defense Business Unit. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a strong understanding of business processes and P&L management. Youll play a key role in monitoring budgets, tracking financial performance, and ensuring accurate forecasting to keep operations on target.

What you will do
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and act as the go-to point for coordination within the BU and with corporate teams.
Prepare clear, accurate reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support decision-making.
Build and maintain forecasting tools, KPIs, and P&L dashboards for management review.
Monitor budget execution, track financial performance, and flag risks or variances early.
Support sales operations processes, including pipeline tracking and deal approvals.
Streamline and standardize operational processes, tools, and documentation across projects.
Coordinate inputs for management reviews and ensure accurate, consistent reporting.
