We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our Global Defense Business Unit. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a strong understanding of business processes and P&L management. Youll play a key role in monitoring budgets, tracking financial performance, and ensuring accurate forecasting to keep operations on target.

What you will do
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and act as the go-to point for coordination within the BU and with corporate teams.
Prepare clear, accurate reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support decision-making.
Build and maintain forecasting tools, KPIs, and P&L dashboards for management review.
Monitor budget execution, track financial performance, and flag risks or variances early.
Support sales operations processes, including pipeline tracking and deal approvals.
Streamline and standardize operational processes, tools, and documentation across projects.
Coordinate inputs for management reviews and ensure accurate, consistent reporting.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, or similar - must.
At least 2 years of relevant experience (including student positions) - must.
Strong understanding of business processes (including P&L) - must.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) - must, experience with BI and AI tools - advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a global environment.
High level of English (written and spoken) - must.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
