A leading global company is seeking a senior, hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to join its core IT team (client-side organization).
This role combines deep technical involvement with team leadership and ownership of regional IT infrastructure and strategic projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the Infrastructure system team
Full 24/7 responsibility for regional IT operations and system availability
Plan and deliver end-to-end IT projects מול global teams and vendors
Hands-on management of networks, Storage, backups, virtualization, and Windows/ Linux servers
This role combines deep technical involvement with team leadership and ownership of regional IT infrastructure and strategic projects.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Manager within an organization (not an integration company)
5-10+ years of managerial experience, including direct team management
7+ years of hands-on system Engineering experience
Strong expertise in VMware Horizon
Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Linux
Experience with hybrid cloud environments (Azure - strong advantage)
Storage architecture backup/recovery systems experience
Familiarity with ITIL/ISO methodologies
Bachelors degree high-level English - mandatory
Nice to have: DevOps, automation orchestration experience.
