DRS RADA is a global pioneer in active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. Join Our HR Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist - at DRS RADA Technologies! Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
* Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
* Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, and follow up on feedback.
* Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Assist in developing and executing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience (agency experience may be considered).
* Strong understanding of technology roles and the tech industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
