What you'll do:
Hands-on IT Management: Lead the full lifecycle of IT equipment and office hardware-from procurement and provisioning to troubleshooting and maintenance.
System Integrations: Build and maintain seamless connections between our internal tools using Webhooks and APIs.
SaaS Administration: Manage and optimize our cloud-based platforms, with a focus on Google Workspace and productivity tools.
Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor IT security protocols to ensure our environment remains secure and trustworthy.
Onsite Support: Provide high-level technical support for our team, ensuring every workstation and system is performing at its peak.
