Experience: 5+ years in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems engineering with a strong hands-on background.
Field Expertise: Experience with drones, robotics, or heavy machinery - advantage.
Military/Operational Background: Experience in elite technical or field units - advantage.
Communication: Fluent English (essential for global team collaboration and U.S. travel).
