You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in our company Mobility systems. You'll work with cutting-edge railway technology and contribute to keeping mobility solutions running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software faults
Perform root cause analysis on system failures
Create detailed fault reports and documentation
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams
Support on-site and remote troubleshooting activities
Maintain accurate records of faults and resolutions
Provide technical guidance to junior technicians
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
Technician or Engineering diploma (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics)
3+ years of experience in fault finding or troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of railway systems, signaling, or mobility technology
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and test equipment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Fluent in Hebrew and English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with our company systems or PLC programming
Knowledge of railway safety standards (TSI, EN standards)
Certification in electrical safety or relevant technical field
Experience with SCADA or control systems.
