Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications (including integration and interface design).
Lead IT projects from initiation to completion - including planning, execution, testing, delivery, and user adoption.
Serve as a liaison between business users, development teams, infrastructure, and vendors.
Conduct system analysis and identify improvement opportunities and process optimizations.
Support testing phases, Quality Assurance, and post-implementation stabilization.
Provide user training, documentation, and support during system rollout.
Work in a global environment, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across different regions.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
2-5+ years of experience in systems analysis, IT project management, or business process design.
Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of business and IT processes.
Proven ability to write professional functional and technical documentation.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Experience working with multiple interfaces, vendors, and internal departments.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum / Waterfall).
Experience working in a global or multinational company.
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, BI, or integration platforms (e.g., API-based).
Background in managing SaaS or on-premise IT systems.
