We are seeking a hands-on Head of Algorithm Engineering who day one. The role will start as a sole contributor, with full ownership of the algorithmic domain, and will recruit and build the algorithms team-hiring two engineers during the coming year, with additional team growth planned for the following year.

This position combines deep, hands-on algorithm development with technical leadership. You will own core algorithmic R D and play a central role in shaping the companys technology roadmap in the areas of 3D vision and robotics.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize advanced algorithms with a strong hands-on focus

Lead innovation in 3D vision, robotics, and multi-view geometry

Own core algorithmic R D deliverables and architecture

Build, mentor, and lead the algorithms team, starting with two hires in the coming year
Requirements:
Requirements

5+ years of experience in algorithm development

Strong background in computer vision, 3D vision/graphics, robotics, multi-view geometry, and deep learning

High proficiency in C #, MATLAB, and Python (Windows environment)

Strong system -level thinking and software design skills

Excellent communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
