Were looking for an experienced Hardware team lead to lead the development of advanced, mission-critical systems.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical ownership with team leadership - from early concept and architecture through bring-up, validation, and production.
What youll do:
Lead and mentor a hardware engineering team
Own board-level design and key technical decisions
Work closely with system, Software, and Mechanical teams
Be deeply involved in bring-up, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:
What were looking for:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
10+ years of hands-on hardware design experience
Proven technical leadership
Strong background in Analog, Digital, SI, PI, EMC Nice to have:
Defense / MIL- STD experience
STM32, Jetson, or similar SOM platforms
