Our mobile department is expanding and hiring an Experienced Strategic Growth Partnerships Lead (Demand Side). We are a digital mobile agency providing mobile Developers and brands with top-tier mobile traffic. We combine a dedicated team with a personalized approach to build tailored marketing strategies. Our mission is to help our partners achieve their goals, drive real growth, and create long-term value. The Role: We are looking for a motivated and strategic thinker to join our Business Development team. As a Strategic Growth Partnerships Lead on the Demand Side, you will play a key role in expanding our demand network by identifying and onboarding high-potential mobile apps looking to scale their in-app performance. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and onboarding.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify high-potential mobile apps and partners looking to scale their in-app performance campaigns.
* Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified demand partners.
* Independently hunt, research, and identify promising mobile apps that align with our traffic capabilities.
* Research and engage relevant decision-makers such as UA managers an marketing leads.
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
* Report on performance metrics, sales forecasts, and key business insights to management.
* Maintain ongoing follow-ups and manage multiple partnership pipelines in parallel.

Requirements:
* 1 to 5 years of experience in Business Development or Partnerships Growth within AdTech/Affiliation - Mandatory.
* Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
* Ability to operate independently on a day-to-day basis.
* Proven ability to proactively source and close new demand partnerships.
* Strong research and outreach capabilities.
* Fluent English is mandatory.
* A proactive learner with a creative mindset and the ability to adapt quickly.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
