Providing technical leadership and oversight of diverse, distributed teams of engineers in development of complex medical device HW, and SW from concept to release.
Translating customer unmet needs into actionable UI / UX and system technical requirements, supporting platform architectures, and associated project execution plans.
Translating technical results into easily understood recommendations that will influence senior stakeholders
Work across multidisciplinary teams to create, verify, manage, and track system - and subsystem levels of requirements and specifications.
Demonstrating leadership and advanced knowledge of SW, HW and electronics development methodology (Waterfall, Agile, interactive etc).

Requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognized academic institution.
Proven track record in the full product development lifecycle of complex electro-mechanical medical devices (or other regulated industries), with a focus on hardware architecture from initial concept to market release.
At least 3+ years of hands-on hardware development experience (e.g., Analog/Digital circuit design, PCB design, power electronics, or Embedded systems).
2+ years of experience as a system Engineer, specifically bridging the gap between hardware components and overall system performance in regulated environments.
2+ years of work experience as a system Eng. in medical devices or other highly regulated industries.
