On your day to day
As the Processing Team Lead, you will lead a team of backend and video engineers responsible for the companys media processing pipeline. Youll own the architecture and scalability of both real-time and offline processing systems, ensuring top performance and cost efficiency. Working closely with our AI, Product, and Infrastructure teams. Youll drive innovation in how we processe and optimize large-scale video and audio data using distributed systems and cloud-native technologies, while establishing best practices for monitoring, observability, and quality control across the entire processing stack. Beyond the technical leadership, youll mentor and grow engineers, fostering technical excellence and a culture of ownership, creativity, and impact.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years leading a team.
Proven experience with large-scale video/audio processing, streaming, or rendering systems.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, performance optimization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Kubernetes).
Proficiency in one or more programming languages,.
Hands-on experience with media frameworks (e.g., FFmpeg, GStreamer, WebRTC) - a big plus.
A strong sense of product ownership and an ability to balance innovation with delivery.
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years leading a team.
