QA Lead

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled QA Lead to lead quality assurance processes within our multidisciplinary environment.
You will oversee complex integrated hardware-software systems, manage automation infrastructure, and drive strategic quality improvements across the organization.
Responsibilities - what youll be doing:
Define, implement, and oversee QA processes across hardware and software teams.
Write and execute integration, system, and acceptance tests on lab/bench setups (manual and automated as possible)
Maintain and improve the local testbench environment; ensure repeatable validation for every new release
Report on integration status, raise issues, and collaborate with R&D and production
Serve as QA lead for system-level validation.
Develop comprehensive test strategies documentation (STP, STD) based on product and system requirements.
Lead performance and reliability testing to validate system robustness in Israel and the US.
Manage the full bug lifecycle-from triage and reporting through validation and closure.
Support field testing and validation activities, coordinating with Testing and Product Operations teams.
