We are looking for a hands-on CTO, a technological leader who will take an active role in building and leading this new division from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
Full ownership of technology selection, architectural design, and building the development team from scratch.
Development of products that combine automation, AI, and advanced data analytics.
Leveraging a unique advantage: the company serves as both a Design Partner and an ultimate sandbox, providing access to Real-Time transactional data and on-site execution data.
A rare opportunity to join at the inception stage and become a full partner in shaping and executing the vision.

Requirements:
Proven ability to design distributed system architectures optimized for high connectivity and performance.
Experience building scale-out infrastructures and handling high-load environments.
Designing systems that support parallel processes with high scale and low latency.
Strong experience in Web Automation Reverse Engineering.
Expertise in automation and web scraping, with emphasis on Playwright / Puppeteer.
Experience working with WebSockets, traffic analysis, and deep understanding of web protocols.

Ability to integrate with legacy and closed systems, and to solve complex technological challenges.
