system Engineer for an innovative automated system

We are looking for an experienced system engineert to lead the design and integration of a multidisciplinary, field-ready automation platform combining advanced hardware, Embedded systems, Real-Time control and AI-based decision making.
What youll do:
Lead the overall system architecture and integration from concept to production
Own system -level design decisions including sensors, power systems, Embedded controls, communication and autonomous control layers
Drive the transition from semi-automatic prototypes to fully autonomous operation
Lead system testing, validation and field qualification of the integrated platform
Work closely with mechanical, software and manufacturing teams to ensure reliability, scalability and cost-effective design
Manage external vendors and technology partners
Define engineering best practices, documentation and development methodolo
