Were seeking a Sales Representative to manage the full sales process - from engaging with warm leads and building strong relationships, through needs assessment and product presentation, to closing deals and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented professional, target-driven, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering value to customers while consistently achieving sales goals.

Requirements:
* At least 5 years of proven experience in telemarketing or field sales with a strong track record of revenue growth in a structured commission-based environment.
* Previous sales or customer service call center experience.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
* Experience in sales of investment products in the capital markets, finance, or real estate industry - an advantage Additional Skills:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a market-driven approach.
* Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and high-level English.
