Responsibilities and Impact

Contribute to the product design process from research and ideation to wire-framing, prototyping, and implementation
Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and applying UX best practices
Design intuitive, accessible interfaces that adhere to our design system, ensuring visual consistency while contributing to its ongoing refinement and evolution
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions
Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product improvements

Requirements:

BA degree in Visual Communication - Must
Online portfolio demonstrating strong product design work
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in SaaS products
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and design thinking
Excellent proficiency in Figma
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
Technical aptitude and familiarity with front-end development principles to collaborate effectively with engineers on complex product features
Self-motivated, curious, fast learner

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with complex systems design (such as ERPs, data-intensive applications or enterprise software)
Familiarity with automation capabilities, AI agents, and workflow management
Experience working in a high-velocity startup environment
Ability to translate technical concepts into intuitive user experiences through research-driven design approaches
