In this role, you'll help shape the future of our multi-asset trading platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-impact trading experiences in a fast-moving fintech environment.

In this role you will:
Own the product strategy and roadmap for our trading platform, balancing user needs, market opportunities, and business objectives
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conception through launch and optimization
Collaborate with trading desk, engineering, and design teams to translate complex trading requirements into intuitive product features
Drive data-informed decisions through market analysis, user research, and performance metrics
Manage stakeholder relationships across trading, technology, and business teams

Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in fintech or trading platforms
Demonstrated experience in delivering successful digital products at scale
Understanding of financial markets and trading concepts (equities, FX, or crypto)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes
