Brand Marketing Lead (Ace.ai)

As our first marketing hire, you'll shape how the world sees and talks about us. You'll craft messaging, tell our story, engage early users, and lay the foundation for our marketing engine across social, content, community, and paid media. You'll have real creative freedom, a high degree of ownership, and a chance to put your fingerprints on a brand from Day 0. This is not a role for someone who needs a big team or a playbook thats already in place. This is a role for a smart and versatile marketer who loves building things from scratch and has the writing chops to back it up.

What You'll Do

Own our brand voice: Develop a fresh, relatable, and clear tone that makes people want to engage.
Create content: Social posts, blog content, launch campaigns, community updates, and more.
Manage social media: Be hands-on in growing our presence across platforms (X/Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, etc.).
Handle early PR efforts: Craft pitches, coordinate announcements, and build relationships with tech media.
Grow our community: Engage directly with users, fans, and early adopters.
Experiment and learn: We're all about trying things fast, seeing what works, and iterating quickly.
Collaborate: Work closely with product, design, and founders to make sure our marketing deeply reflects who we are.
