We are seeking a Lead Algorithms Engineer to join a cutting-edge 3D vision robotics team. This role is ideal for a senior, hands-on Algorithm engineer ready to step into a technical leadership position and gradually lead a small, high-impact algorithms group.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize advanced algorithms for 3D vision and robotic systems
Drive innovation across multi-view geometry, computer vision, and deep learning
Take ownership of core algorithmic R D while remaining deeply hands-on
Build, mentor, and lead a small algorithms team (up to 2 engineers) over time
Translate product and system requirements into robust, scalable algorithmic solutions
Collaborate closely with product, software, and system teams
Key Responsibilities:

5+ years of experience in algorithm development
Strong background in computer vision, 3D vision/graphics, robotics, multi-view geometry, and deep learning
High proficiency in C #, MATLAB, and Python (Windows environment)
Strong system -level thinking and software design capabilities
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in algorithm development
Strong background in computer vision, 3D vision/graphics, robotics, multi-view geometry, and deep learning
High proficiency in C #, MATLAB, and Python (Windows environment)
Strong system -level thinking and software design capabilities
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
