We're seeking an experienced commercial expert to join our global sales and account management team, and spearhead the growth of our MAAS (Mobility-As-A-Service) business. This pivotal role involves strategic negotiations with clients, commercial management, engagement with internal teams, and partners to secure deals.
What will your job look like?
Strategic Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations with clients, focusing on pricing, terms, and contractual agreements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business development, engineering, legal, and finance teams to align on deal strategies and ensure smooth execution.
Contractual Expertise: Review, and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue while protecting the company's interests.
Business Engagements: Build strong relationships with clients, and drive business growth.
Creative Problem-Solving: Develop innovative solutions to overcome challenges and achieve optimal outcomes.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on negotiation progress, key metrics, and pipeline development.

At least 5 years of experience in commercial aspects in technology deals.
Proven track record in complex negotiations, including pricing models.
Deep understanding of contracts and negotiation tactics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for technology and a keen interest in autonomous vehicles.
Experience in the autonomous vehicle or mobility industry - Advantage
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements - Advantage
Proficiency in negotiation tools and techniques - Advantage
