A global technology company is seeking an experienced Director of Logistics to lead and oversee the company’s worldwide logistics operations. Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage global import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
* Oversee a large logistics workforce, including several dozen employees across diverse logistics functions.
* Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence, scalability, and efficiency in logistics processes.
* Establish and maintain KPIs to monitor service levels, costs, and performance.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain and logistics flows.
* Manage relationships with global freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales) to ensure alignment and smooth product flow.
