We are looking for an exceptional Graduate Software Engineer to join our founding R&D team. This is a rare opportunity for a talented individual with zero professional experience to start their career in a high-growth startup environment.
You will be working with veteran engineers to build the infrastructure that secures the next generation of AI agents. We are looking for the engineers of tomorrow-those who have the theoretical depth to understand complex systems and the drive to learn a massive, cutting-edge tech stack from scratch.
What Youll Do:
Deep-dive into our tech stack (Python, Go, React, Spark, K8s) through hands-on tasks and self-learning.
Take responsibility for sub-features and components, moving from development to production deployment on AWS.
Learn to work with massive data scales, helping to optimize our pipelines using Spark and Clickhouse.
Learn the Wing Way of engineering-writing clean, tested, and performant code that stands up to the rigors of cybersecurity.
Investigate bugs and performance bottlenecks, applying your academic knowledge of algorithms and systems to real-world challenges.

A B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a leading university with a high GPA.
You have a rock-solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, and Distributed Systems.
You have a passion for coding, evidenced by personal projects, high-grade university assignments, or participation in coding competitions/hackathons.
You are comfortable in at least one object-oriented or functional language (e.g., Python, TypeScript, React) and are eager to master more languages.
You are humble, hungry for feedback, and capable of independent research when faced with a problem you havent seen before.
You are excited about the world of AI and Cybersecurity and want to build products that solve meaningful problems.
