Explore and implement cutting-edge ML approaches - research novel architectures (transformers, neural recommender systems, transfer learning) and adapt them to solve practical business challenges
Drive rapid experimentation and iteration - leverage A/B testing infrastructure and modern tooling to quickly validate ideas and ship improvements
Expand the team's ML capabilities - introduce new methodologies, share knowledge, and identify innovative opportunities beyond your initial scope

Self-directed research capability - demonstrated ability to independently explore unfamiliar ML domains, synthesize technical literature, and implement novel approaches
End-to-end ML development experience - data analysis, feature engineering, model selection, experimentation (A/B testing), and performance optimization
Structured problem-solving methodology - ability to decompose complex business problems, design solution approaches, and communicate technical findings to stakeholders
