What Youll Do:
Site Leadership: Act as the strategic site leader for all recruiting activity in Israel, serving as a primary interface for local Engineering and Product leaders.
Team Management & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 recruiting professionals. You will be responsible for building the team's sourcing capabilities and fostering a high-performance culture.
Senior-Level Execution: Remain hands-on by directly managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our most senior and critical leadership roles within the region.
Hiring Architecture: Architect and refine rigorous interview flows designed to surface the very best critical talent. You will ensure our process is both high-signal and high-speed.
Market Intelligence: Provide continuous market insights on the Israeli talent landscape, compensation trends, and hiring best practices to keep ahead of the curve.
Tech Optimization: Oversee the local implementation and sophisticated use of our evolving tech stack to drive efficiency and a modern candidate experience.
Global Collaboration: Act as a critical part of the global TA leadership team, ensuring the Israel site strategy aligns with our global hiring mission and standards.
10+ years of total recruiting experience with a mandatory background in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
Leadership Mastery: At least 3+ years of experience managing a team, with a proven track record of coaching recruiters and sourcers to reach their full potential.
Communication: Native-level English is essential for success in this role, as you will be collaborating daily with global leadership and international stakeholders.
Technical Fluency: Deep experience partnering with Engineering and Product organizations; you understand the nuances of hiring top-tier technical talent in Israel.
Sourcing Strategy: A strong background in building out sourcing capabilities and helping a team move beyond LinkedIn to find specialized talent.
Systems Expert: Expert-level knowledge of Greenhouse or Ashby, and a forward-thinking approach to using AI scheduling and AI interviewing tools to streamline operations.
Strategic Mindset: The ability to translate business needs into a clear talent strategy while maintaining a "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach to senior hiring.
Work Preference: Ability and willingness to work from our Tel Aviv office 3 days a week to foster collaboration with the local team and leadership.
