Project Manager

Description

Deloitte Israel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience to lead and support the delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Agile tools (Jira / Azure DevOps), solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders
Work closely with cross-functional teams including business, product, and technology units
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) using Jira / Azure DevOps
Translate business requirements into actionable project tasks and deliverables
Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to senior leadership
Engage and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations
Identify risks and issues proactively and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to Deloitte methodologies, governance, and best practices
Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience in project management (consulting or technology environment preferred)
Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps
Strong understanding of business processes and organizational workflows
Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) – an advantage
Fluent English (spoken and written) – must
