Wouldn't it be amazing if you could join us in our journey?We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and hands-on Bookkeeper to join our finance team in Israel. Reporting directly to the IL Controller, the Bookkeeper will be responsible for performing the day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial records for our Israeli entity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Israeli accounting principles and tax regulations, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
As a Bookkeeper in our company you will
Perform all aspects of the daily bookkeeping for the Israeli entity, including accounts payable, general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliation,s including deposits and investments.
Process and record invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and submit VAT reports and other relevant tax filings in accordance with Israeli regulations.
Reconcile various accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and intercompany accounts.
Prepare with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing accruals, prepaids, fixed assets and other reconciliations.
Collaborate with other finance team members and departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Assist with internal and external audits as required.
Perform other ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned by the IL Controller.
