As a UX Team Lead within the UX Leadership at Premium (reporting to Head of UX), you will lead a team of UX/UI designers while combining hands-on work and strategic leadership responsibilities.
You will take a key part in defining the product design strategy, direction and shape the future of our Premium products.
You will work cross-functionally to enable teams, provide strategic design direction, and mentor a talented group of UX professionals.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Mentor and grow the UX team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Accelerate UX implementation using AI tools.
Conduct design reviews and give constructive feedback to improve outcomes.
Provide strategic design direction, ensuring alignment with user needs and company objectives.
