AI Adoption Specialist - R&D Enablement

What You'll Do:
Drive the adoption of AI-based development tools and workflows across the R&D organization.
● Identify, evaluate, and experiment with emerging AI technologies that can enhance developer productivity and code quality.
● Work closely with developers, team leads, and stakeholders to integrate AI into day-to-day development processes.
● Act as a cross-team enabler, helping teams overcome technical and cultural barriers to AI adoption.
● Lead internal initiatives, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote AI-driven practices.
● Stay up to date with the latest AI tools, SDKs, and developer-focused platforms, and assess their relevance to our tech stack and workflows.
