Were looking for an experienced Team Lead to drive the evolution of our Application teams.

Our tech teams maintain a dynamic, start-up atmosphere that fosters innovation and critical thinking. you'll collaborate with a diverse, global team of engineers, developers, architects, customer success, and product manager leaders, collectively shaping the future of our premier product suite and transforming financial planning and analysis for the future.
What You'll Do:
● You will oversee an engineering team of 5-7 (front-end, back-end and qa) responsible for developing our core product.
● Lead the design and implementation of Python-based microservices and backend components.
● You will guide the team in developing cutting-edge solutions. Provide hands-on technical expertise and code reviews to ensure the highest quality of work.
● You will work with the product and our architects to prioritize the backlog and optimize the work process and team efficiency.
● You will collaborate with stakeholders, possess strong technical skills, initiate and drive processes, manage projects within time constraints, and keep the team members motivated and engaged.
● You will be responsible for the performance of the team, including planning, execution, quality, and setting the team goals, objectives, and KPIs
● You will be responsible for the professional growth of the team members
● You will recruit and train new team members

Requirements:
● At least 3 years of managerial experience leading development teams up to production web applications, including monitoring and maintenance
● BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
● 7+ years of backend engineering experience, including 5+ years working with Python in production environments.
● Expertise in designing and building scalable systems with Cloud Architecture in a SaaS company
● Strong experience with async programming, REST APIs, microservices, and testing.
● Experience leading teams working on high-availability, distributed systems.
● Demonstrated ability to make architectural decisions and evaluate technical trade-offs.
● Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools (Terraform, Helm)
● Knowledge of Celery orchestration, event-driven architectures, or streaming frameworks (RabbitMQ).
● Capable of leading technical aspects, complex projects, and a distributed, cross-functional (front-end and back-end) R&D team.
● Exceptional communication skills and high proficiency in English.
