Build strong, ongoing relationships with distributors, providing commercial support, product training, and performance management
Expand sales activity in existing regions while identifying and developing new growth opportunities
Support the recruitment and onboarding of new distributors in line with business strategy
Participate in complex sales processes with end customers, including deal support and negotiations
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, R D, and operations
Conduct regular business trips to distributors and customers overseas
Represent the company at international exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
Proven experience in international sales and distributor management - mandatory
Background in selling technological products, industrial equipment, or software solutions - mandatory
Hands-on experience working with global markets - mandatory
Relevant technical or engineering education - an advantage
Fluent English (spoken and written) - mandatory
High level of independence, strong sales mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills
