Industry: Semiconductor - New Plant Construction Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain all project documentation including drawings, specifications, contracts, RFI, submittals and correspondence. Establish and enforce document control procedures to ensure accuracy, version control, and timely distribution of documents. Coordinate document flow between project teams, General Contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and client. Maintain electronic document management systems (EDMS) ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible. Support percurrent during BIDs process Support project teams by providing timely documentation and reports as required. Assist in audits and compliance reviews by organizing and presenting documentation. Track and monitor document status and deadlines to ensure project milestones are met.
Requirements:
Requirements Proven experience in document control within large-scale industrial construction projects, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry. Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, Procore) and Microsoft Office suite. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams. Fluent English - mandatory. Ability to collaborate effectively and respectfully including working smoothly across cultures. Commitment to extended stays in India, per the project requirements.
