Lead and mentor a team of Full-Stack developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Actively participate in requirements analysis, coding, architecture design, and code reviews, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team (including Hands-on development)
Managing development, testing, and deployment of applications and systems at scale
Keep excellent SDLC practices: unit tests, integration tests, code quality, documentation
Implement best practices in software development, including continuous integration, testing, and deployment strategies
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of applications in production.

Requirements:
Requirements:
Experience in a leadership or team lead role, managing and mentoring a team of developers.
7+ years as a Full Stack Engineer
Experience leading E2E development projects
Hands-on experience with server-side applications and software infrastructure development using.NET, C # (.Net Core), TCP/IP, ASP.NET, WCF, Multi-Threading, WIN32 API
Great knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL Databases
Strong design and architecture skills in both desktop applications and backend services
Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript /TypeScript, REST, WEB API, WebSocket
Proven experience with Angular
Experience and deep understanding of Agile and Lean product development methodologies
Great interpersonal communication
B.Sc. in Computer Science or an equivalent
Advantages
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Microservices
Experience with Node.js
