We are seeking a Global HRIS Professional Lead to join our HR team as an individual contributor, reporting to the VP of Global Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day administration, maintenance, operation, configuration, support, and continuous optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
You will be partnering closely with HR, IT, and other global stakeholders, and translating business needs into scalable and user-friendly technology solutions. In addition, you will be responsible for system security, system integration, implementations, and alignment with organizational policies and business needs.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, systems information, or any relevant degree
2-5 years experience in Success Factors applications
Fluent in English
Project Management skills
Independence and Strong problem-solving skills
Experience in designing & implementing HR business processes
Advantage: Familiarity with SuccessFactors ISC, Integration Center, and Custom MDF
Personal Skills:
Strong ownership of work, be a self-starter, independent problem solver
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
Team/player and have a proactive "can-do" approach
Organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong service orientation
